Apply for or renew a press card
The professional press card is issued by the HAAC, which receives applications on an online platform: first application, renewal or duplicate.
Since July 2025, the HAAC has received press card applications on its online platform, cartedepresse.haac.bj. Applicants can follow the progress of their file online without travelling. A valid e-mail address is required for registration and follow-up.
Steps

Step 1 : Create an account on the HAAC platform.

Step 2 : Fill in your individual profile.

Step 3 : Submit the application (first application, renewal or duplicate).

Tick the documents as you gather them. The list can be printed.
